The Roanoke Kung Fu Association offers authentic Wing Chun training in Roanoke, Virginia, proudly representing the Moy Yat family lineage. Under the guidance of Sifu Walter “Herbie” Holland, who has over 27 years of martial arts experience, students receive traditional instruction rooted in the system passed down from Ip Man to Moy Yat. Our school provides comprehensive training in Wing Chun forms, Muk Yan Jong, and offers private instruction for students seeking personalized development. Whether your goals are self-defense, improving health and confidence, or studying the complete Ving Tsun system, we provide structured paths for all levels. Classes take place in a welcoming environment with two dedicated training rooms—one for group sessions and one for private or specialty lessons. Advanced students also benefit from a fully equipped wooden dummy area. At Roanoke Kung Fu, our core tenants are having a relaxed atmosphere, a strong technique, and connection to the greater Ving Tsun family.
